Why are there different methods of requesting service from Physical Plant departments? Telecom only allows e-mailed requests, while the Physical Plant’s main service request page requires that they are faxed or campus-mailed. Why isn’t there one form?

  • Desirability:
    • Yes. Needs to be easily understandable from web and consistent within the Physical Plant.
  • Feasibility:
    • Yes. This is already being piloted with a select customer base. University wide deployment is coming shortly.
