Feedback can reach the MSU Way: ECOS steering committee through the online suggestion box. Please feel free to submit your ideas to us either anonymously or with an identifier. All suggestions will be posted as anonymous even if an identifier is given.

Below is a compiled list of suggestions received from the MSU Way: ECOS suggestion box and other submission methods. The steering committee will discuss all suggestions received, provide feedback to the comments, and act on them as appropriate.

Suggestion 4: Work that can be planned, but is not, will present itself as urgent. The now-urgent work reroutes materials/labor/concentration and will almost always result in higher costs and inefficiencies. Suggestion 3: Clarify the process so that it is clear that an estimate's scope can be refined. What is the feedback process so that if a customer wants a new standard they can update the estimate? Can we even eliminate estimates in some ways by providing high-level data for basic items?; Read More

Suggestion 2: We should do away with department names and have everyone be "Physical Plant employees" only. That will go a long way toward tearing down the ego-driven silos that exist in the Division.; Read More
