Suggestions in order received

As an observer of this whole undertaking, it’s hard to say when suggestions are coming in, when they are posted to the website, and when the feedback is generated. Please consider adding "date posted" to the suggestion and the feedback lines on this website.

Telecommunications Systems should join Academic Technology Services.

Create an online tracking system for service requests for the customer. The tracking system will show status updates throughout the life of the service (i.e. processed, assigned, completed, etc.).

When new employees start at Engineering and Architectural Services they have a difficult time figuring out how to get anything done i.e. what is the current process, who to communicate with, of whom to ask questions, where is everything filed for each discipline, etc.

Teamwork and communication needs more of a higher priority amongst all departments within the Physical Plant. Upper management needs to lead by example and not undermine fellow employees’ knowledge or experience of our campus for their own political gain

It seems as though there are multiple duplication of services between Engineering and Architectural Services and Residential and Hospitality Services’ Design and Construction Management.

Look into the Skire submittal process. Right now it is very time-consuming and confusing. Is there a way to make notes directly on the attachment?

In some cases, the fee systems have created silos - competition for a piece of the pie. This competition has decreased collaboration, in favor of expediency.
