Maintenance Services is a part of the Physical Plant's Building Services department. Building Services operates and maintains academic and administrative buildings, utility distribution systems and performs related services.

Maintenance Services is divided into three different areas:

Materials and Logistics, containing Set-Up
Project Services
Skilled Trades

In addition, Maintenance Services also contains the Physical Plant's HVAC Central Control.
